Manage Your Subscription
Milligram Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. To change or cancel your plan, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or manage subscriptions directly in the App Store. You can also manage your subscription from within the app via Profile > Manage Subscription.
Request Your Data
Milligram stores all your data locally on your device — we don't have access to it. You can export your dose logs and health markers as a CSV file from within the app. If you have questions about what data is collected, see our Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Data
Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the Milligram app permanently removes everything. No account deletion request is needed because there is no account — your data lives entirely on your phone.
