Apple handles your billing. Cancel in iPhone Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Milligram. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bought through the web checkout?
How to cancel
In the app under Profile, Manage subscription, or at milligramapp.com/manage. Cancelling there stops the next charge, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Emailing us does not cancel a subscription. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Free trial
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken on the date shown at checkout.
Refunds
Email support@milligramapp.com from your account email and we'll look at your request under our refund policy. Renewal charges are not refunded unless we made an error.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws where you live.
